Laboratory testing
Laboratory tests are a vital step in identifying nutritional deficiencies within the body. By examining these results, I can pinpoint deficiencies that might be contributing to your mental health issues, including fatigue, weakened immunity, and cognitive decline.
Binge Eating Support
Tailored treatment plan that addresses the root cause with personalized blend of therapy, nutrition, and medication to promote lasting recovery.
Medication Management
In the event that medication is necessary, the minimum effective dose with the least possible side effects will be prescribed. I can also help you taper off medications in the most safe and effective way.
Nutritional Supplementation
Addressing nutritional deficiencies through supplements can have a positive impact on mental health. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, and certain minerals play crucial roles in brain function and mood regulation. When these deficiencies are corrected, you may experience improved cognitive function, mood stability, and overall mental well-being.
Peripartum Wellness
Supporting mothers through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through guided self-care and coping strategies for post partum depression and anxiety.
Nuvo Integrative Psychiatry is currently in network with Cigna, UHC/Optum, BCBS and Aetna in Texas and Aetna and Cigna in Colorado. Please note, we cannot know for sure if we are in-network for you until we run your insurance eligibility. Once we verify your eligibility, you will receive an email informing you of your ability (or lack thereof) to be seen in-network with our practice. All patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, to include co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances.
We offer enhanced care using integrative and holistic approaches that will not be covered through insurance. This enables faster and improved recovery, along with better access to timely appointments.
As an out-of-network provider, we offer superbills that you can submit to insurance if you qualify for out of network coverage.
We are currently servicing patients across Texas and Colorado. If you’re in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, in-person appointments are available upon request. For individuals outside of the DFW area, virtual visits are available so you can get the care you need no matter where you live. Telemedicine gives you the flexibility to have consultations, follow-ups, and check-ins from the comfort of your own home.
