Laboratory tests are a vital step in identifying nutritional deficiencies within the body. By examining these results, I can pinpoint deficiencies that might be contributing to your mental health issues, including fatigue, weakened immunity, and cognitive

Genetic testing offers valuable insights into how you metabolize medications. By analyzing specific genetic markers, I can determine how your body processes and responds to various drugs. This information can help personalize medication choices and dosages, ensuring more effective and safer treatment plans.

Medication Management

In the event that medication is necessary, the minimum effective dose with the least possible side effects will be prescribed. I can also help you taper off medications in the most safe and effective way.

Nutritional Supplementation

Addressing nutritional deficiencies through supplements can have a positive impact on mental health. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, B vitamins, and certain minerals play crucial roles in brain function and mood regulation.
